Join us for a tour of 113 N. Spring Street, one of the first homes in the Pensacola area being developed as part of the Northwest Florida Community Land Trust. The home is being constructed by the Home Builders Association of West Florida and features SCIPs for greater energy efficiency.

PPE is required, please bring your own as it will not be provided by the owner.
