Melissa started her NYC architectural career in 2011 where, by chance, she found her dream job mixing architecture and interior design.
She left a successful Design Director position to start MCC-arch in 2023.

Stacey Boynton
Stacey Boynton, AIA, NOMA is an Architect, Entrepreneur, and Visionary dedicated to design that uplifts communities. She earned her Master’s in Architecture & Community Design from the University of South Florida and has gained diverse experience across Texas, South Florida, and Georgia. In 2024, she founded STUDIO-US [DESIGN] to explore bold ideas, strengthen communities, and open new pathways for future architects. Stacey also serves in key leadership roles including Chair of AIA Florida’s I.D.E.A. Advisory Council, DEI Chair for AIA Fort Lauderdale, Immediate Past President of SoFlo NOMA, and Co-Chair of BAM Broward.

Sarah Lower
Sarah Lower, AIA, is the founder and Principal Architect of LLG Architecture and a recognized leader in 3D concrete printed design, serving as architect of record for Florida’s first 3DCP dwelling. With over 20 years of experience across residential, multifamily, retail, and coastal projects, she brings a collaborative and community-driven approach to design. Sarah also serves on the board of AIA Northwest Florida and is an advocate for small firm owners and community-focused practice.
