Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach Tour

Friday, May 10, 2013
1:30-5:00 PM
The Rosemary Beach Tour will start at 1:30 PM in the Town Center at the Flag Pole, which is located in the south end of Barrett Square, near the Post Office.  Parking will be located in the spaces along the East and West Long Greens.
There is plenty of parking along the streets bordering those two greens that run parallel to 30-A.

The Alys Beach tour will start at 3:30 PM at the "Fonville Press" across the street from the Sales Center.  Please park at the Amphitheater.    The tour will end around 5:00 PM at The Caliza Pool for Happy Hour.

The Rosemary Beach Land Company and President Patrick Bienvenue had a vision they wanted to share with the world.  In 1995, that vision became a reality and Rosemary Beach was born.  Rosemary Beach Land Company’s development plan is founded in the principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development.  Inspired by other classic beach towns, the 107-acre, gulf-front town of Rosemary Beach was designed to bring back the notions of community, neighborhood and convenience.  In other words, this slice of heaven on earth offers residents the opportunity to live and work in paradise.

An oasis of luxury with a distinct Mediterranean feel, Alys Beach is the crown jewel of Florida’s Emerald Coast. It is a beach community founded in New Urbanism and built to exacting standards for the utmost in luxury living. It is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Alys Beach is a reminder that what once was can indeed still be. It is a life of balance, a life of beauty, a life of simplicity, a life of grace. Alys Beach is a life defined.
