The New Urbanist Division of APA and the Emerald Coast Section, APA-FL

will host a Bus/Walking Tour
of four renowned communities
along SR 30-A in Walton County,

Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor

4 AICP CM credits will be offered

Attendees will park at the South Walton County Annex on US 331 then a bus will drive to each new urbanist communities where attendees will be taken on a guided tour.

Lunch is Included

The bus will depart from the Annex at 9:00 a.m. and will return to the Annex by 3:00 p.m.
